2024 Suzhou Jinji Lake China-France Culture & Art Week kicks off

A slew of events, including fairs, parades, exhibitions, music performances, ballets, and film screenings, will be held in Suzhou and Paris. Nine themed events in Suzhou will offer authentic French culture to the city's citizens and make them feel strong French art vibes at their doorstep.

The "Echoes of Love" Chinese-French Installation Art Exhibition fully displays French features. With distinctive art installations created by six Chinese and French artists, the exhibition has transformed into an audiovisual feast that transcends boundaries of nations and cultures. It will last through October 30.
The Gourmet Festival has begun and will last through October 20. During the festival, nearly 40 merchants including Black Pearl Restaurants and select characteristic restaurants offer time-limited discounts to foodies and visitors.
At the special invitation of the Montmartre Chamber of Commerce, Ligongdi Cultural and Creative Block, which has established a sister block relationship with Montmartre in Paris, will organize merchants to showcase intangible cultural heritage skills, delicacies, and culture of Suzhou at the Montmartre New Wine Festival in France.
