【Established Date】Tianjin and Romania's Constanta County formally signed a letter of intent for friendly exchanges and cooperation on March 7, 1995.
【City Characteristics】Constanta County has jurisdiction over 11 cities, 52 towns and 189 villages, including Constanta City, Medgidia City and Mangalia City. Constanta County has a long history and was founded by the ancient Greeks in the 6th century BC. It is one of the oldest and most developed areas in Romania. Its economy is diversified, including agriculture, tourism, port and maritime transportation, machinery manufacturing, chemistry, petrochemical, electric power, wood processing, paper making, etc.
