To enhance passenger experience and improve network efficiency, Suzhou Metro will adjust the schedules of several lines on Thursday.
Line 2
Between 7 p.m. and 7:50 p.m. every Friday, trains heading toward Sangtiandao Station will run more frequently, with the interval shortened from seven minutes to four minutes. Peak-hour intervals and first and last train schedules will remain unchanged.
Line 3/11
For trains departing from Suzhou Xinqu Railway Station after 9:30 p.m. and from Huaqiao Station after 8 p.m., the departure interval will be adjusted to around eight to 10 minutes. The departure time of the first train and express trains that only stop at certain stations will remain unchanged.
Line 4
During weekday off-peak hours, the departure interval will be shortened to six minutes and 35 seconds. The evening peak period will be extended, lasting from 5 p.m. to 8:10 p.m., with trains running every five minutes and 30 seconds. After 10 p.m., trains departing from Longdaobang Station will run at the interval of around 10 to 12 minutes. During weekend peak hours, the departure interval will be shortened to around five minutes. The departure times of first and last trains will remain unchanged.
