.Holders of the Hong Kong and Macau Residents’ Pass (non-Chinese nationals).
.Holders of group visas or those eligible for group visa exemptions.
.Transit passengers who stay within the restricted area of the port for less than 24 hours.
.Passengers entering or exiting on a cruise ship and returning with the same ship.
.Foreign nationals using fast-track entry channels.
.Foreign staff members of transport companies operating entry and exit vehicles.
