One of the following conditions shall be met:

1. Overseas talent accredited by national and provincial human resource authorities;
2. Holder of Class A and B Foreigner’s Work Permit;
3. Overseas talents holding Class A, B, C and D service green cards;
4. Overseas talent selected for Qingdao municipal talent programs, and those accredited by the competent human resource departments.

 Benefits:
