How to buy tickets for Nanjing Metro

Ticket vending machine (TVM)
Select the destination station on the touch screen of the automatic ticket vending machine in the boarding station, and press the destination station name; After selecting the number of purchases through the passenger display, the amount you need to pay will be displayed on the display screen. You can pay in cash or byl scanning the QR code;

(1) Pay in cash: Insert sufficient banknotes and coins into the cash slot; TVM will automatically sell tickets and refund change through the ticket port; If TVM fails to recognize banknotes and coins, TVM returns coins through the ticket port and banknotes through the refund port for collection and replacement.
The banknote can be taken out or replaced.

(2) Pay by scanning the QR code: Scan the QR code on the display through UnionPay app and Alipay app to pay the ticket; TVM will automatically sell tickets through the ticket port.

Ride metro with the official Nanjing Metro app
Open Nanjing Metro app and find the Transport QR code. Scan the QR code to check in and out the station.

"Nanjing Metro Electronic Card"on Alipay
Open Alipay and press Civic Center. Choose Nanjing for Location. Scan the QR code to check in and out the station.

Ride metro with "Nanjing Metro QR code"on UnionPay
Open UnionPay app, and select "Nanjing"for your location. Press Travel -Nanjing.
Scan the QR code to check in and out the station.

Ride metro with "Nanjing Metro Electronic Card"on Suning Finance
Open Suning Finance app, and press Payment Code and Transport Code to find the Transport Code Nanjing. Scan the QR code to check in and out the station.

Transportation card
You can take the metro by using the Jinlingtong transportation card, which is available at all stations.
