2. Have full capacity for civil conduct.
3.Have a fixed residence.
4. Dogs of required types (dangerous dogsare not allowed) and numbers (one dog per household).
5. To obtain a legal and valid dog immunization certificate, which should be applied for at the dogexemption point recognized by the Municipal Agriculture Committee as required.

6. According to the Regulations on the Administration of Dog Raising in Nanjing, dangerous dogsand large dogs (dogs whose shoulder height exceeds 61cm when standing) are not allowed to beregistered for dog keeping, and are not allowed to be kept in Nanjing.
