Suzhou issues its first foreigner's OPC business license

Recently, with the assistance of Suzhou Industrial Park Moon Bay Overseas Talent OPC Entrepreneurship Community, foreign entrepreneur Moya Sancho Jose Roberto, who comes from the Republic of Costa Rica, completed all registration procedures and obtained Suzhou's first business license for a foreign-owned one-person company (OPC). This milestone officially establishes the community as a fully operational channel that enables foreign talent to launch businesses in Suzhou via the one-person limited company structure. It also marks a key implementation achievement in Suzhou's efforts to cultivate the OPC sector and attract global innovative talent.

From company name verification through final approval, Chang Jieya, founder of the community, provided comprehensive guidance and support during the registration process, effectively building a practical pathway for foreign nationals to establish a one-person limited company.

Moya Sancho Jose Roberto stated that receiving the business license holds profound significance for him. "From the initial spark of an idea to the official launch, the smooth completion of the company registration has filled me with confidence for my innovation and entrepreneurship journey here in China," he said. He plans to leverage artificial intelligence and innovative technologies to develop his OPC business, aiming to achieve efficient and flexible entrepreneurial practices.
