Expats in HZ can make social security payments with phone

This mini-program is designed for foreign individuals in Hangzhou who have already registered for social insurance or medical insurance but do not have an employer to handle their payments. It allows them to conveniently make contributions themselves.

Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Open Alipay and go to "AI Hangzhou" mini-program. From there, select "More Services" and choose "Social Security Contribution".
Step 2:Tap on "Payment of Other Documents" and enter your details, including your document type, name, and document number. Double-check that everything is correct and then confirm.
Step 3:Review your payment details. If everything looks good, select the payment options and proceed to checkout. You can either pay directly or use a close relative’s medical insurance account.
Step 4: Once your payment is complete, you can easily check your payment status in the "Payment Record" section.
What’s AI Hangzhou?
“AI Hangzhou” is a newly launched integrated foreign-related service platform for the entire city of Hangzhou, designed to provide various digital urban public services to international residents. As a flagship service product of "Digital Hangzhou", the platform has been in trial operation since early April this year.
