Hangzhou International Talent Entrepreneurship and Innovation Park (HITEIP)

Hangzhou International Talent Entrepreneurship and Innovation Park (HITEIP) was established in July 2017, and was authorized by the State Administration of Foreign Affairs. It is the first entrepreneurship and innovation platform focus on foreign non-Chinese high-end talents in China. Focusing on the three major industrial fields of life and health, new materials and digital economy, HITEIP has cumulatively introduced more than 50 foreign projects from 16 countries, including Germany, the United States, the United Kingdom and France, and gathered 4 projects of academicians from developed countries. In October 2023, HITEIP once again ushered in a heavy-weight platform - China-Europe Talent Exchange and Innovation Cooperation Centre(CEIC), which is supported by the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST). CEIC is a national platform approved by MOST with the widest coverage of foreign-related work and the largest number of innovation elements. HITEIP will take full advantages of the two platforms, actively promote the landing of scientific research and industrial projects from developed countries, continuously gather non-Chinese high-end talents, and strive to build a brand of international exchanges and cooperation.
