2026 Michelin Guide Fujian unveiled

The Michelin Guides officially released its 2026 guide for Fujian during a launch event in Xiamen last Friday. A total of 96 restaurants made the list, which includes seven one-star restaurants, 66 Bib Gourm and restaurants (quality service and food) and 23 Michelin Selected restaurants (quality food at an affordable price). Covered cities include Fuzhou, Ningde, Quanzhou and Xiamen.
