Principles for inviting participating teams:
Foreigners from all over China are invited to participate in your country's team freely.
Your team should have no more than 25 players, with 1 team leader, 1 coach, and 1 sportsmanship supervisor;
There is a specific requirement for countries outside of Africa that want to join: the team must be identified as representing an African country, and at least a few players on the team must be from that country. For example, consider a team that uses the name Algeria. This team has a few players from Algeria, but the rest of the players are from countries that are not in Africa;
The invitational tournament will be divided into two groups (see the table below for the specific schedule).
Fee and penalties:
The registration fee of each team is 2500 yuan, and if there is a red and yellow card in the game, it will be punished according to the yellow card of 50 yuan and the red card of 75 yuan.
Yellow cards and red cards are not cumulatively suspended. If the team abstains from the competition, the registration fee is non-refundable. If a team cancels a game, the remaining games are not allowed to be played again by that team. The team leader, coach, and the team will be banned for one year.
