-Maintain high-end property service projects, including foreign companies’ office and industrial park, embassies, international education institutes, etc. Maintain close relationship with clients to achieve retention.

-Build the influential relationship with top management of clients, identify and analyze their needs, find opportunities to get more contracts.
-Identify and develop potential clients, make development strategy, lead the tender process and close the deal to achieve business goals.

Qualifications:

-Excellent verbal and written skills in English - Other Languages are a plus.
