Job Description
1. Formulate and implement sales operation strategies and execution plans aligned with the company's sales objectives based on industry trends and business development;
2. Collaborate with departments such as marketing and logistics to optimize sales processes, drive sales data analysis, sales forecasting, and operational improvements;
3. Monitor the achievement of dealer sales targets, regularly produce data analysis reports, and provide improvement recommendations;
4. Plan and organize dealer training, promotions, and marketing activities to continuously enhance dealers' market competitiveness and sales capabilities.
Qualifications:
Position Qualification
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above, with Chinese as a working language for business communication;
2. Professional Requirements: Preference given to majors in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields;
3. Skill Level: Experience in distributor management, channel operations, or regional sales management, with familiarity in channel expansion and operational models;
4. Work/Internship Experience: Preference given to candidates with distributor management experience in industries such as fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or durable consumer goods;
5. Other Requirements: Strong communication and negotiation skills, excellent logical thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving abilities, with a positive and optimistic attitude.
