Job Profile:

Job Details:

Responsibilities:

1） Curriculum Teaching

Undertake full-English teaching tasks for undergraduate automation core courses, including but not limited to:

- Principles of Automatic Control

- Modern Control Theory

- Microcomputer Control Technology

- Electrical Control & PLC Application

- Intelligent Control System

- Introduction to Artificial Intelligence & Industrial Automation

Teach 8–12 class hours per week, complete course syllabus formulation, classroom teaching, homework correction, course assessment and final grading work.

2） Teaching Construction & Guidance

Participate in major curriculum construction, textbook selection, bilingual teaching resource sorting and teaching reform discussions; guide undergraduate students’ innovative training projects, discipline competitions and graduation design.

3）International Exchange Assistance

Assist the college in carrying out Sino-Italian academic exchange activities, online and offline joint teaching, and international student cultivation work; cooperate with Chinese teachers to complete daily teaching management and major construction tasks.

4）Other Duties

Abide by university rules and regulations, complete temporary teaching and academic tasks assigned by the college.

Qualifications:

1）Nationality & Language

Native English speaker (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland preferred); fluent and standard oral and written English, capable of professional engineering course teaching with accurate academic expression.

2）Educational Background

Hold Master’s degree or above in Automation, Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Artificial Intelligence or related engineering fields from a recognized overseas university. PhD degree holders or candidates with university teaching experience are prioritized.

3）Professional Competence

Solid professional foundation in automatic control theory, industrial control, intelligent system and related fields; familiar with international undergraduate engineering teaching modes and curriculum standards.

4） Teaching Experience

Candidates with 1 year or above higher education teaching experience (university/college) in automation or engineering majors are preferred; candidates with industrial automation engineering practice experience or overseas cooperative education experience are highly prioritized.

5） Personal Quality & Compliance

- Age: 25–55 years old, healthy physically and mentally.

- No criminal record, no bad behavioral record, able to abide by Chinese laws, regulations and university management rules, and respect Chinese cultural customs.

- Good communication skills, teamwork spirit, rigorous teaching attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
