Remote Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities:

Identify, source, and attract qualified teachers for international schools, with a focus on China, Southeast Asia, and other key regions.Conduct outreach via job boards, LinkedIn, WeChat, and other platforms to build strong candidate pipelines.Screen resumes, interview candidates, and assess their fit for specific school requirements.Guide teachers through the application, interview, and placement process, providing support at each stage.Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.Keep accurate records of applicants, active candidates, and placements using spreadsheets or CRM tools.Assist with onboarding materials and pre-departure guidance for successful hires.Provide regular updates to the TeachThere team and collaborate on recruitment strategies to expand our teacher network.
