1. Formulate sales strategies for catering channels and complete sales targets.
2. Develop catering channel customers and formulate effective cooperation plans.


Job Details:

Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for developing and managing sales within the assigned region, targeting hotels, restaurants, and other food service clients. Establish and maintain strong relationships with target customers to achieve sales targets.
2.Execute sales plans through channel development and sales activities to meet monthly and quarterly performance goals. Manage customer accounts receivable reconciliation and ensure timely payment collection.
3.Oversee standardized management of regional clients, provide accurate and timely reports to headquarters on customer and market trends, conduct regular customer visits to understand latest needs and feedback, follow up on complaints and suggestions, maintain customer management systems, organize customer data, and analyze monthly sales reports.
4.Assist in implementing company-organized market promotion activities.
5.Collect and analyze industry information, identify potential clients through existing resources, conduct regular follow-ups with prospects, and perform analysis on competitors and industry peers.


Qualifications:

1.College degree or higher, preferably in Food & Beverage Management, Hospitality, Wine Studies, Marketing, Food Science, or related fields.
2.Prior experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), alcohol industry, or food service sales and client development is highly preferred.
3.Fluency in English.
4.Positive, proactive, and eager to learn. Strong organizational and coordination skills, with keen market insight and attention to detail.
