Job Details:

Responsibilities:

1. Lesson Planning & Delivery
· Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the school’s curriculum and language proficiency goals.
· Use a variety of teaching methods (e.g., communicative approach, task-based learning, TPR) to accommodate different learning styles.
· Integrate multimedia, games, and real-life materials to make lessons interactive and enjoyable.
2. Classroom Management
· Establish and maintain a positive, respectful, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
· Encourage student participation and foster a safe space for language practice.
3. Assessment & Progress Tracking
· Regularly assess students’ language abilities through quizzes, presentations, and standardized tests.
· Provide constructive feedback to students and parents, and maintain accurate records of attendance and grades.
4. Cultural Exchange & Engagement
· Actively participate in school events, cultural activities, and professional development workshops.
· Collaborate with local teachers to promote cross-cultural understanding and support bilingual education initiatives.
5. Curriculum Development (if applicable)
· Contribute to the development and improvement of teaching materials and curriculum resources.


Qualifications:

· Nationality: Native English speaker (from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa).
· Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (any major; Education or English-related field preferred).
· Certification: Valid TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent teaching certification (120 hours minimum).
· Experience: At least 1-2 years of ESL teaching experience preferred (experience with [age group, e.g., young learners / high school / adults] is a plus).
· Background Check: Clean criminal record and ability to provide a non-criminal record certificate from home country.
· Adaptability: Culturally sensitive, flexible, and able to adapt to a new living and working environment.
· Visa Requirements: Willingness to obtain a work visa (Z-visa) and provide necessary documentation (degree authentication, health check, etc.).

· Previous experience in KG is an advantage.
