I. Introduction to the park

Nanjing High-tech Zone (Lishui Park) was established in November 2017, with a jurisdiction area of 24.38 square kilometers. At the same time, Lishui High-tech Industry Investment Co., Ltd. was established as a state-owned enterprise of the district with a registered capital of 3.17163 billion yuan, responsible for the construction of innovation carriers, investment, operation, equity investment, and transformation of scientific and technological achievements in the district. Since its establishment, Lishui High-tech Zone has won the second prize of the comprehensive evaluation of the city's high-tech zone for three consecutive years, and Nanjing Xingzhuang Science and Technology Industrial Park has been awarded the "Demonstration Base for entrepreneurship and innovation of small and micro enterprises in Jiangsu Province" by the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, and has created two national incubators, four provincial maker Spaces and two municipal maker Spaces.

Nanjing High-Tech Zone (Lishuiyuan) strives to cultivate and build a "3+N" industrial system, that is, focusing on artificial intelligence, new materials, and major health leading industries, and vigorously introducing and cultivating leading enterprises in the industrial chain such as information technology, intelligent manufacturing, high-end equipment, regional headquarters, research and development centers, and high-tech manufacturing enterprises. The core area of Xingzhuang Science and Technology Industrial Park is dominated by small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises, regional headquarters and research and development institutions. Major industries, manufacturing bases, and major innovation platforms have been promoted to settle in Lishui Development Zone (airport industry, manufacturing industry), Yongyang (high-end manufacturing industry), Dongping (new material industry), and Hefeng (mechanical and electrical industry). Through the establishment of resource sharing mechanism, the close cooperation between universities, research institutes and enterprises is promoted, and the "industry-university-research" collaborative innovation mechanism of complementary advantages, sharing interests, sharing risks and common development is established. South of Xingzhuang Science and Technology Industrial Park is building 540,000 square meters of Tianan Future Eco-City, with scientific and technological innovation, green health, smart operation as the connotation, to create a new benchmark for the integration of industry and city.

At present, Lishuiyuan has gathered 14 new research and development institutions and talent teams cooperating with Tsinghua University, Tongji University, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing University, etc., built 550,000 square meters of high-standard carriers, set up 1 billion yuan industrial fund, 300 million yuan science and technology innovation fund, and introduced 30 professional service institutions. Provide financial investment support and a full range of "shop second" services for settled enterprises.
