I. Basic Overview

Nanjing High-Tech Zone (Pukou Park) was established in December 2017 and is located within the co-construction area of the national-level Jiangbei New District, with a total planned area of approximately 41.29 square kilometers. The Pukou High-Tech Industrial Development Zone Party Working Committee and Management Committee were established as dispatched agencies of the Pukou District Committee and District Government, at the departmental level.

Pukou High-Tech Zone is fully committed to building a highland for the new generation of information technology industries, focusing on two key industrial chains: software and information services, and artificial intelligence. II. Institutional functions
(1) responsible for the preparation of the park's overall planning and development plan; Responsible for the urban planning revision, urban function layout, urban industry positioning and other work of the park; To study and formulate development strategies and implementation measures for the park; To be responsible for formulating regional industrial and economic development plans and organizing their implementation.
(2) to cooperate with the demolition of streets within the jurisdiction of violation control, land acquisition and resettlement and maintenance of stability; Responsible for the construction of municipal facilities, landscape greening, environmental engineering and other infrastructure projects in the park; To undertake urban management, operation, maintenance and ecological environment work during and after construction.
(3) Responsible for the construction of public buildings, public facilities, resettlement houses and R&D and innovation carriers in the park.
(4) Responsible for the overall fund operation of the Park, review of revenue and expenditure expenses, fund supervision, accounting and financial analysis, contract review and signing, follow-up audit, budget and final accounts of park projects.
(5) Implement production safety laws and regulations, implement production safety guidelines and policies, and fulfill the territorial responsibility for production safety; Responsible for the daily management, supervision, inspection and information report submission of safety production in the park.
(6) Responsible for the organization, planning and implementation of activities to attract investment and talents; Responsible for the application procedures of landing projects and the service work of enterprises entering the park; Responsible for the operation, engineering maintenance, property management, enterprise service, safety production and other work of the completed carrier.
(7) Responsible for the Party's organizational building, leadership and cadre team building, party conduct and clean government building.
(8) Issue annual assessment indicators for the Group according to the authorization of the district government, supervise and assess the Group's development plan and performance, and supervise the group's operation and implementation; Responsible for overseeing the Group's financial position and monitoring the group's operational risks; Responsible for guiding the group to carry out business work.

III.Medium and Long-Term Planning
