Responsibilities:
Job Description English Teacher Teaching students aged 3 – 12 years old Class size: 6 students per class Class length: 40 minutes 5 day work week with 2 days off Contract Hours: 35 a week (20 teaching hours and 15 hours for lesson planning and non-teaching work) Weekly Schedule: weekday afternoons (14:00 - 21:00) & weekends (09:00 - 18:00). 2 weekdays off Depending on your time, you may be asked to provide a limited number of demonstration classes to potential customers, as well as to bring your energy and ideas to PBL classes Plan lessons of a high standard Participate in ongoing academic training sessions and workshops
Qualifications:
Native English speakers with a Bachelor’s Degree or higher TEFL / TESOL certificate is preferred, but not required Non-criminal record / police clearance Applicants must be passport holders from the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa. (For visa purposes) 2 years teaching experience is preferred, but not required Passion for working with children Must possess strong communication skills and enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment
